Wing Chun
Kung-Fu
You will be taught traditional Wing Chun kung-fu. The
features of Wing Chun kung-fu:
q
Mostly hands (upper-body) self defence techniques; and minimum
kicking (lower-body) techniques.
q
Can be practised / applied in small confined space.
q
No need to build up bulging muscles to effectively defend
yourself.
q
It is a great way to keep fit and to de-stress, from young into
old age.
Highlights of training sessions:
q
Traditional Ip Man lineage Wing Chun techniques will be taught.
q
All three forms and wooden dummy techniques will be taught.
q
Student will be trained to develop physical fitness through
Wing Chun techniques.
q
Chi sau (chi sao) training.
q
To appreciate the complete Wing Chun system, weapon
interactions in training sessions will be taught to students who have been
training with the club for 2 years or more.
